Why Choose Our Screened Underturf Blend?

Our underturf soil is a carefully screened organic blend engineered to eliminate weeds, rocks, and debris while retaining moisture and essential soil nutrients. It provides an ideal root zone that encourages rapid turf establishment and long-term lawn health.

Key Benefits

• 100% Organic & Chemical-Free: Free from harsh chemical additives, herbicides, and fungicides that can burn sensitive root systems.
• Screened for Uniformity: Ensures a smooth, level base without large rocks or roots that can create uneven lawns.
• Optimal Moisture Retention & Drainage: Holds essential moisture around roots while allowing excess water to drain freely during heavy rain.

Recommended Application & Preparation Tips

• Base Layer Depth: Spread a minimum base layer of 50mm to 100mm of underturf soil across your prepped area before laying turf rolls.
• Lawn Leveling: Lightly roll or tamp down the underturf base to create a firm, smooth surface prior to installation.
